Soft Cleaning is intended for routine upkeep. Laundry-related tasks require the necessary machines, supplies, and access to be available.

Deep Cleaning

A detailed, top-to-bottom service for homes that need a more intensive refresh.

Kitchen & Dining Area

  • Thoroughly clean the inside of the microwave
  • Deep clean the stovetop (remove grease buildup)
  • Clean the exterior of all cabinets and drawers
  • Clean and degrease the backsplash
  • Detail the sink (remove buildup and polish the faucet)
  • Thoroughly wipe baseboards
  • Detail clean light fixtures

Living Room

  • Detailed dusting, including hard-to-reach areas
  • Thoroughly clean baseboards
  • Clean window tracks and window edges
  • Wipe doors, door frames, and handles
  • Spot clean walls (remove marks and scuffs)

Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of your cleaning service.
  • We accept Cash and E-Transfer. Other payment methods must be confirmed in advance.
  • Any late-payment fees must be disclosed and agreed to before service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • A late-cancellation fee may apply when less than 48 hours' notice is provided, but only when the amount or calculation was clearly disclosed and accepted with the confirmed booking.

3. Cleaning Supplies

  • We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • If you prefer specific cleaning products, please have them available for our team to use.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Contact us within 24 hours if you have a concern related to the agreed service scope.
  • We will review the concern and may arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected area when appropriate. Refunds are not automatically provided.

5. Photos & Videos

  • Before-and-after photos or videos will only be used for marketing with the client's permission.
  • Personal information, identifying details, and people will not be displayed without consent.

6. Biohazard Cleaning

  • For the safety of our staff, we do not clean biohazard materials, including but not limited to blood, vomit, human or animal waste, needles, or other hazardous substances.

7. Price Adjustments

  • If additional work is required beyond the original scope of service, we will discuss and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional charges.
